Two cultures and the intelligentsia -- The twain must meet
Four decades ago in 1959, the Rede Lecture at Cambridge and its subsequent publication created quite a stir. Innocuously titled The Two Cultures - and A Second Look, the lecture was delivered by a well known scientist and author C. P. Snow.
