Sec-37 school to admit 50 wards of Kargil martyrs

CHANDIGARH, Aug 6: The management of the Indian Public School, Sector 37, has decided to admit up to 50 children of Kargil martyrs and provide them with free education and also free meals to day boarding students.

Meanwhile, all officers and staff of the regional office of Save Grain Campaign have donated one day salary to the National Defence Fund.

Meanwhile, employees of the local regional offices as well as branch sale offices of Steel Authority of India in Chandigarh, Mandi, Gobindgarh, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Jammu and Srinagar have donated their one day salary to the Prime Minister's Relief Fund.
