Cricket tour of UK

John Bright Cricket Club will tour United Kingdom this month. The club will play 10 limited overs games with different clubs over a period of 21 days (August 8-28). All matches will be played in Manchester. The tour is organised by Winton Cricket club.

Team: Anant Tewari (captain), Umesh Patwal (VC), Ketan Ashar, Amir Nanji, Vinesh Raje, Dhananjay Patel, Yogesh Ghare, Kunal Borkar, Ram Koli, Gulab Ali, Samir Godal, Anand Desai, Amit Dusar, Samir Malgundkar, Rajesh Naik, Himanshu Guruji, Chetan Rane, Shakeel Ahmed, Alankar Lolap and Sunil Mehra. Tiwari awarded

Lions Club of Turbhe donated a specially designed wheel chair to handicapped sportsman Satyaprakash Tiwari during the installation ceremony of their Leo Club at Bombay High School, Vashi, on Sunday. Tiwari represented India in the Fespic Games at Bangkok this year and won two bronze medals.
