Radhika Tulpule gets ITF grantt

NEW DELHI, Aug 12: Maharashtra's Radhika Tulpule has been sanctioned $1000 as a travel grant by the International Tennis Federation (ITF) Grand Slam Development Fund Committee.The All-India Tennis Association (AITA) had recommended the names of Radhika Tulpule and Kedar Tembe to the ITF fund committee for the purpose. In February this year four promising players -- Vijay Kannan, Vishal Rao, Goutham Sheetal and J.Sai Jayalakshmi -- were granted $1500 by the committee, an AITA release said here today.
