CHANDIGARH, AUG 16: The World Wide Fund for Nature - India (Kerala branch) invites photographers to participate in its All-India Nature Photographic Competition-cum-Exhibition. Each photographer may submit a maximum of 4 prints in colour or black-and-white. Prints should not be smaller than 8 by 10 inches nor larger than 12 by 15 inches.Winning entries, which must portray nature or wildlife, will be exhibited at Thiruvananthapuram in connection with World Wildlife Week in October.

Inaugural session
The 15th inaugural session of the Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan's Dayanand College of Communication and Management was held on the college campus in Chandigarh today. Punjab Chief Secretary R.S. Mann was the chief guest. Principal Col D.S. Cheema (retd) stated that 250 students had already joined the college and the remaining seats were expected to be filled soon.
