Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC) general secretary Lakhwinder Kaur Garcha informed that PPCC president Captain Amarinder Singh has been appointed ex-president of the Block Youth Congress, Mohali, and Joginder Singh Jogi has been appointed general secretary of the District Congress Committee, Roopnagar. General secretary of Block Congress, Mohali, Hardip Singh Bedi has been appointed organising secretary of the District Congress Committee, Roopnagar, it was informed.
