And unlike Domino's Pizza, which gives you a Rs 30 discount if the pizza reaches you later than 30 minutes, Concorde Motors will give its customer a 16 point check-up and oil change absolutely free if the dealership takes more than 29 minutes to service the Sumo. This includes engine oil-change, differential oil check, brake fluid check, oil filter change and coolant change among other things.

According to a Concorde Motor official, the scheme has already been launched in Bangalore to mark the company's first anniversary in the city. Concorde would launch the 29-minute service scheme - Fast Track Sumo Service -in Delhi sometime next month, the official informed.

And what happens if there is a mad rush on a weekend or on a holiday? ``Whatever it may be, we will service a Sumo in 29-minutes,'' says the Concorde official. The company claims to have huge workshops with necessary equipment and spare parts in order to fulfil such a promise.

However, if the vehicle require major repair work, then the 29-minute promise does not hold. In that case, the company promises a regular service, minus the repair work in 29 minutes. As if this was not enough, Concorde Motors also promises to do a complete paint job on the Sumo in 72 hours and an overhaul of the Sumo in 99 hours.

In 99 hours, the `Power Package' from Concorde Motors promises a complete re-haul of the engine, cooling system, clutch and other parts of the vehicle. The Power Package also includes a free full service after 1,500 kms of the overhaul.

The `New Look Paint Package' will even do minor denting jobs in 72 hours. However, if the Sumo has major dents,then the paint exercise will take more than 72 hours, the Concorde official says.

The company also plans to extend all these schemes for Telco small car -- Indica. However, ``that will take quite sometime,'' the Concorde Motors official said.

Concorde Motors has its network of showrooms in Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai, Ludhiana, Lucknow and Jamshedpur.
