MUMBAI, AUG 17: In its efforts to alert investors about the companies who have not complied with and are in breach of several provisions of the listing agreements, the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) declared another list of 25 such companies here today.The BSE has decided to shift these companies into the specially made `Z' group and the exact date of the current month from which these scrips will be shifted in the `Z' group will be announced in due course. The BSE had shifted 289 companiesin `Z' group and trading into them already began separately.
The 25 new companies are: Mahavir Impex, Maheshwari Proteins, Marine Cargo Company, Matushree Textiles, Maxworth Orchards International, Mayank Hotels, Mayo Hospitals, Meca Quilts, Mesco Pharmaceuticals, Mewar Marbles, Micro Plantae, Milgray Finance and Investment, Modi Hoover International, Morinda Overseas Industries, MSD Industrial Enterprises, Multilac Surface Coating, Musk Exports Marketing, Natural Biocon, Netwest Finance, Nevtia Spinners, New WorldMedical (Ind), Nikumbh Dairy Products, Nilechem Capital, Nilchem Industries Ltd and Nimbus Industries, the BSE release said.
