The Northern Railway has also announced modifications in the procedure for issuing tickets against military warrants and form D/Cash vouchers. They should be addressed to Indian Railways instead of the station superintendent.

Such tickets will be allowed to be exchanged from any terminal or location of the Passenger Reservation System (PRS) irrespective of the station from which the journey is to be undertaken.

All PRS locations shall issue tickets in exchange for military warrants and form D/Cash vouchers irrespective of whether the station lies within any Zonal Railway and whether the total journey being longer than the portion for which the reservation is asked for or whether the reservation is asked for from an intermediate station.
