BJP, INLD discuss poll strategy

PANCHKULA, AUG 17: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) today discussed their election strategy for the forthcoming Lok Sabha polls in a meeting held today at the residence of the INLD state general secretary, Pardeep Chaudhary. It was also decided to hold similar meetings in the furute and form committees to help the two parties to work together. Pardeep Chaudhary assured the BJP party leaders of extending full support for the party candidates. Others who attended the meeting were district president and vice-president of the INLD, Randhir Mallik and Jagdish Jaiswal, respectively, and Shyam Lal Bansal, Rekha Sharma, Neelam Soni, Devender Dhawan and Ram Kumar Dahiya.Copyright © 1999 Indian Express Newspapers (Bombay) Ltd.
