Divisional Railway Manager K C Jena said that as per the Board's guidelines, any train running at or above 55 kmph was a superfast . The monthly pass currently costs Rs 275 and entitles holders to travel in any express train without paying an extra charge. A member of the Rail Road Passengers' Association said the fact that the additional amount would not be collected at one go was an added headache.
