Vajpayee flays Congress over Kargil Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee today provided the much needed impetus to the Akali Dal-Bharatiya Janata Party alliance in Punjab by addressing three public meetings on the last day of the campaign in which the two common themes were Kargil and the Congress. Sharpening the tone of his attack on the Congress in Moga, Vajpayee accused the party of indulging in politics of a frivolous and contemptible nature over the Kargil issue.Sonia in Bellary "It is my family's dharma and my desha seva dharma," said Sonia Gandhi hours before campaigning for the first round of polling ended on Friday.
