PUNE, Sept 3: Senior Congress leader V N Gadgil will not be able to campaign for party candidates on medical grounds. Gadgil, who underwent open heart surgery few days back, has said in a press statement that doctors had advised him to avoid any exertion and take rest. He has appealed to voters to elect loyal Congress workers for the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections.
