Headway in Orissa killing

BHUBANESWAR: The Orissa Government today claimed to have achieved a major breakthrough in the brutal killing of Roman Catholic priest Arul Doss in Mayurbhanj district on Thursday by arresting three persons. Besides, five others who were among the gang of miscreants directly involved in the killing, had been identified, Minister of State for Home Prasad Harichandan told PTI after visiting the scene of crime on Saturday.

BALASORE: The indigenously developed anti-tank missile Nag was test fired from the interim test range at Chandipur-on-sea, near here, on Friday, according to defence sources.

Assam blast

GUWAHATI: The additional superintendent of police of Assam's trouble-torn Kokrajhar district on Friday escaped unhurt while four others were injured when a bomb exploded near a bridge in the Dakhin Sorokholia area.
