The inspectorate will hold a meeting on Wednesday to discuss the outcome of investigations in the accident. The company manufactures ortho phenyl diamine, a pesticide produced by reduction of ortho nitro aniline. Meghamani Industries runs three parallel units out of which the Sanand unit was closed after the accident. ``The inspectorate has ordered closure of the other two plants also as punitive action,'' Chief Inspector of Factories B M Mehta said on Tuesday.
