Nagar Festival begins

AHMEDNAGAR, SEPT 14: The Nagar Festival '99, the 10-day cultural bonanza commemorating the Ganapati Festival took a colourful off, this evening.Several prominent Nagarites, senior government officers including district collector Prithwiraj Bayas and superintendent of police Himanshu Roy. The Festival is organised by the Nagar Vyaaspeeth. The Vyaspeeth has invited Nagarites from the age of five to seventy five years to participate in various events, convener Sudheer Mehta said.
