Meenakshi case -- 2 more surrender

CHANDIGARH, Sept 17: Two more accused in the Meenakshi dowry death surrendered before the court here today.

According to police sources, Sat Pal Singla and his wife, Raj Rani, father-in-law and mother-in-law respectively of the deceased, were remanded to police custody up to September 19. With the arrest of these two persons, all accused in the case have been arrested. Meenakshi's husband Rajiv Singla is already in judicial custody. The bail application of accused Ashu Jindal (brother-in-law of accused Rajiv Singla) was dismissed today. He is also in judicial custody along with his wife.
