Two held for murder

PUNE, Sept 17: Two persons were arrested by the Yerawada police and charged with the murder of a man in Jai Jawan Nagar in Yerawada on Thursday evening.According to the complaint filed by Rekha Palande, her husband Dilip was hacked to death by Sopan Suresh Sonawane and Ramu Ramesh Sonawane, who were neighbours and had come to meet Dilip to settle an ongoing dispute. Dilip was rushed to Inlaks and Budhrani Hospital but later succumbed to his injuries. The police have registered a case of murder and are conducting investigations.
