The hero of Pakistan's win was Yousuf Youhana whose unbeaten 104 (114b, 13x4) and 149-run partnership with Abdur Razzak (55: 77b, 2x4, 1x6) pulled out the World Cup runners-up from a crisis when the side was tottering at 68 for four.

``It's a great start to the new season, we would like to make a clean sweep and maintain the winning streak in the coming months,'' said a jubilant Pakistan skipper Wasim Akram, whose team faced an outcry at home after the stunning loss in the world cup final to Australia.
