Manohar Joshi withdraws
The 58-year-old Muthiah, son of former board president MA Chidambaram and vice-chairman of Petrochemical giants SPIC Group of companies, was elected unanimously to the post after former Maharashtra Chief Minister Manohar Joshi, a vice-president, withdrew from the race ``after assessing the situation''.
