Sailesh Jadhav's nine-wicket haul helps Canara Vijay's victory

MUMBAI, SEPT 22: An outright victory, two centuries and two hat-tricks were the features of the lower division Dr HD Kanga Cricket League on Sunday.

A match haul of nine for 59 by medium-pacer Shailesh Jadhav was instrumental in Canara Vijay's outright win over MVSC; they lost by an innings and 34 runs in the `G' Division, at Azad Maidan.

In the `C' Division I Kumud of Star Cricket Club scored an unbeaten 100 against Bharat in a drawn tia at Shivaji Park. The other century maker of the day was Altaf Shaikh (102 not out), helping Sunrise defeat Apollo in the E Division.

The hat-tricks were taken by Ankur Jadhav (4-12) of Mahim Juveniles against United in a drawn match in F division while Morarji Velji`s Noora Shaikh was the other hat-trick man, helping his side beat Marwari in G Division.
