We'll struggle for students' rights

CHANDIGARH, Sept 24: We will ensure more powers to the Students' Council, said Dyal Partap Singh Randhawa after his election to the presidentship of the PUCSC at the university guest house here today. Randhawa said their student council would work for the promotion of student causes. "We will ensure the revision of syllabus of professional colleges and promote the film society which we revised last year. There will be a film show every week", he promised and also there would be better recreational facilities. He also promised to revive cultural activism on the campus. "We promise a cultural festival this year".
