Sanctions hurt Pakistan more than India -- US report
Economic sanctions imposed by the Clinton administration following the May 1998 nuclear tests in South Asia "appear to have had a relatively minimal overall impact on India and a minimal but somewhat more pronounced adverse impact on Pakistan," a US government report has said.

Taiwan accuses China of slowing aid
