LONDON, SEPT 26: Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson slammed his side's `suicidal' tendencies as they allowed their English Premiership rivals to close on them for the second successive weekend. United suffered another European hangover as they drew 3-3 with Southampton in a yo-yo affair at Old Trafford.Ferguson could hardly believe the result because he felt his side created enough chances to score 10 goals. Ferguson's side, having recorded their first Champions League win in mid-week, went behind to a Marian Pahars goal on 17 minutes, having trailed to Wimbledon in the 1-1 draw last week. But Teddy Sheringham, in for the suspended Andy Cole, struck back with a goal 11 minutes before the break.
Then last year's 29-goal top-scorer Dwight Yorke turned the game around with a second before the interval only for Matt le Tissier to equalise six minutes into the second half courtesy of a blunder by Massimo Taibi.
Yorke popped up again to fire United ahead on 64 minutes, only for Le Tissier's secondto level matters again 17 minutes from time to complete the 3-3 thriller.
