Stir to protest against Pawar transfer

AHMEDNAGAR, Oct 4: Saibaba Sansthan Bachao Kruri Samiti has threatened to launch an agitation from Tuesday to demand cancellation of transfer of Ajit Pawar, managing director of Shirdi's Saibaba Sansthan.A meeting of citizens held on Sunday at Shirdi has decided to resort to a Rasta Roko on Tuesday to press for the demand. The meeting has alleged that there political motives behind Pawar's transfer. Ganapatrao Shelke, former president of Shrirampur Milk Producers Union, presided over the meeting.
