DAV-8, Dev Samaj-21 win overall trophies

CHANDIGARH, Oct 12: DAV School, Sector 8 and IS Dev Samaj School-21 bagged overall trophies in the boys and girls section, respectively, in the IV Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Cluster XI Inter-School athletic meet which concluded here today at the Sector 7 Sports Complex.Lakhbir Singh and Harminder both of DAV-8 were also declared the best athletes in the under-19 and under-17 boys groups, respectively. Akshi of DAV Public School, Shimla was adjudged best athlete in the under-19 girls section while Pawandeep of IS Dev Samaj-21, was awarded the best athlete award in the under-17 girls category.
