2 cars stolen from theatre in Sector 17
Two Maruti cars were reportedly stolen from near a theatre at Sector 17 in Chandigarh on Wednesday. S.S. Pandhi, a resident of Sector 43, registered a complaint with the police that he had parked his his car no. HNH-1500 near the theatre, but it has been missing since then. Sector 21 resident Sushma Khaira also registered a complaint that her Maruti car no. HR-26D-0004 has been stolen from the parking of the same cinema. Two separate cases have been registered.

Body found in Manimajra
The body of a man was found near a gutter opposite the new motor market in Manimajra on Wednesday. The man, who is yet to be identified, is about 30-year-old. No injury marks were visible on the body and the police does not suspect any foul play.
