PUNE, Oct 25: United Western Bank, a premier private sector bank has registered a net profit of Rs. 21.40 crore for the first half of the current fiscal recording a 25.41 per cent increase from Rs. 17.10 crore for the corresponding period of the previous year.
The deposits of the bank have grown from Rs. 2,719 crore to Rs. 3,071 crore whereas the advances grew from Rs. 1,402 crore to Rs. 1,750 crore during the period under review.
