Youth Congress at Spicer College
The Seventh-day Adventist Church in Southern Asia is conducting a youth congress from November 2 to 6 at Spicer College, Pune. Over 1000 people from all over India are expected to be present to participate in discussions, work shops and seminars.

Young people are invited to join as guest delegates and to participate in a musical program on Saturday, November 6. Nearly ten musical groups with another ten selected from all over India will participate in a program of praise and celebration. The inaugural program will be held on November 2 at 6.30 pm.

Blood Group Test Camp
Ruby Hall Blood Bank and National Service Scheme of Poona College jointly organised the Blood Group Test Camp for the students. The month of October has been declared as "Blood Donation Month" and as such the Ruby Hall Blood Bank has taken efforts to create awareness among the youth about voluntary blood donation. Dr S N Kotwal, principal, Poona College, inaugurated the camp. Around 120 students of Poona College participated and tested their blood.

Diwali Party for Cancer patients
The yearly Diwali Party for Cancer Patients is being held by the Cancer Patients Aid Association on Thursday, November 4, 5 pm onwards, at Erin Nagarwalla School ground, Kalyaninagar. An entertainment programme of dance and music will be staged by Jyoti Mansukhani and her troupe. A group of donors have given a variety of snacks, gifts, mithai, firecrackers. Donors are Milton, Atmaram P Jain and Amarnath Jain.
