Essay contest prizes distributed
S Ramaratnam, senior general manager, Ammunition Factory, Kirkee, gave away the prizes to the winners of competitions held during the Hindi fortnight celebrations.

Ramaratnam emphasised the need of progressive use of the official language as per the guidelines of the constitution and urged the officers and employees to take more efforts in promoting the use of Hindi in the factory.

The sixth edition of the in-house Rajbhasha magazine Ratnawali was also released. A M Naik, additional general manager and chairman, Official Language Implementation Committee, welcomed the guests while L N Sharma, assistant labour welfare commissioner proposed a vote of thanks.
