`Real taste of life' wriggles out of chocolate pack

EXPRESS NEWS SERVICE
KOCHI, NOV 5: The purple wrapper on Cadbury's Milk Chocolate proudly claims that it contains the `real taste of life'. And to his utter disbelief, Krishnakumar, manager of a medical firm, found out that the company really meant it when he saw full and half-grown maggots wriggling out of the chocolate slab.

The was more awaiting him as he opened other packets bought for his nephew. On top of the Cadbury's Milk Chocolate slab was a formation of cobwebs. Chocolate in the third packet was no different.

``It's not the first time that I'm encountering such hilarious realities in the product of a famous company,'' said Krishnakumar. ``A couple of times, I've got contaminated chocolates. But I used to throw them away. But finding live worms was too much.''
