Pride of place for Chotrani

NOVEMBER 12: Manish Chotrani leads the seedings in the open category of the 56th Indian Express-CCI Western Indian Open squash tournament which commences here tomorrow. About 400 entries have been received for the the Rs 1.6 lakh event, the highest prize money offered in the 56 years of the tournament.

Mekhala Subedar leads the seedings in the women's section followed by Deepali Anvekar.

Open: 1 Manish Chotrani, 2 Gajendra Singh Rathore, 3 RS Brar, 4 Navneet Narain, 5 Dhiraj Singh, 6 Anuj Kalia, 7 Niraj Shirgaonkar, 8 Anshul Manchanda.

Under-17: 1 Junaid Nathani, 2 Neerav Tomar.

Under-15: 1 Gaurav Nandrajog, 2 Mihir Sheth.

Under-13; 1 Imran Khan, 2 Gautam Kalani.

Under-11: 1 Jay Bhagat, 2 Alisha Mashruwala.

Over-45: 1 Rahmat Khan, 2 Haresh Melwani.
