``NSE IT.Com, which received the certificate of commencement of business (from registrar of companies) on November 8, will launch next week its first product - CTCL (computer to computer link) - that is expected to take NSE a step closer to preparing NSE for net-based trading,'' NSE MD, R H Patil said.
