CHANDIGARH, Nov 14: TL Verma with 42 points lifted Sappers Cup while Anil Gakhar finished second with 40 points in the Sappers Cup golf tournament at the Shivalik Golf Course, Chandimandir, today. The event was organised by 107 Engineers Regiment.Maj Gen Parshotam Vig took the third spot with 39 points.
In the junior section first prize went to Navjosh Singh. Snahill Sood was second and Mohit Verma third.
Nikka Bajwa, Ashu Bachitar Singh, Rupal and Komal Anand also got prizes in the ladies section held over 18 hole.
In the putting competition Sarup Kang got first prize while Vijay Oberoi finished second.
