Ethiopian Red Cross panel representative in Patiala

PATIALA, NOV 15: Ernest Cummings, project coordinator, Ethiopian delegation of International Committee of Red Cross and Red Crescent societies and Federation of Red Cross, Geneva, visited Patiala and inspected their projects. He visited Red Cross Saket Hospital, drug de-addiction centre, Red Cross rehabilitation centre for physically handicapped, Navjivini School, HWS drug store and HWS Musafir khana. He appreciated the Patiala branch's contribution for victims of Orissa cyclone. He met Patiala Deputy Commissioner Jasbir Singh Bir, visited the Red Cross website and requested the Deputy Commissioner to ensure more relief for victims of natural calamities and wars.Copyright © 1999 Indian Express Newspapers (Bombay) Ltd.
