CHANDIGARH, NOV 15: Nearly 100 children of construction workers who are studying in the World Peace Mission's literacy centers gathered at the Sector 49 centre here this morning to celebrate Children's Day with sweets and songs. Students of the Sector 47 Government Senior Secondary School also joined in the programme.WPM activists Avtar Singh, Jagat Ram Shastri, Dr Jaswant Singh and Dr Surindar Suri encouraged the children with gifts of notebooks, pencils, crayons and easy-to-read books.
