One more dies; toll goes up to 4

VADODARA, Nov 17: With the death of one more injured person on Wednesday, the total number of death in Monday night's road mishap near Adas village in Anand district has gone up to four.

Chetanaben Jaswant Tailor, who was admitted to Narhari Hospital here, along with four other injured persons, expired on Wednesday afternoon. The remaining four are still undergoing treatment, with one victim reportedly in critical condition.

The three others who had died on the spot were Mukesh Ishwar Tailor (38), Madhuben Ishwar Tailor (60) and Neeta Mukesh Tailor (32). All the victims belonged to the same family and were residents of Ankleshwar. They were on their way back from Ahmedabad. The mishap occurred when driver of the car in which they were travelling made a bid to overtake another car. The car was hit by a truck coming from the opposite direction.
