First lady Usha Narayanan, vice-president's wife Vimla Krishan Kant, Union Minister Jagmohan and several senior Congress leaders including Manmohan Singh and Madhavrao Scindia, Delhi Chief Minister Shiela Dikshit and her Cabinet colleagues were also present at the Shakti Sthal.
