Addressing mediapersons here today, the former minister said this was due to the "selfishness" of the Chief Minister. "If his son could not be a minister, nobody else could be," he alleged, adding that the Punjab Government had failed on all fronts. "The state exchequer is virtually empty and the economic crisis in the state is getting worse day by day. This government is not a responsible government," he said.
