PANCHKULA, NOV 19: RS 22,000 were stolen from a scooter, parked in front of a factory in Industrial Area, Phase II, here today. According to police sources, the scooterist left his scooter in the area to deal with some work at a factory and when he returned, the cash was missing from the toolbox of his scooter. The police have registered a case.
