MUMBAI, NOV 21: Fifteen pirates, who allegedly hijacked the 8,000 tonne Panama registered cargo ship M V Alondra Rainbow were handed over the Mumbai police on Sunday.The hijacked vessel was towed to the Mumbai harbour on Saturday. The pirates of suspected Indonesian origin were held captive on board the Coast Guard ship CGS Veera.
