Dr Krishnasamy was on his feet during the Zero Hour to make a submission. But Speaker P T R Palanivel Rajan refused him permission and called TMC member Dr Kumaradoss to make a special mention.

However, Dr Krishnasamy persisted with his observations, defying the Speaker's direction to resume his seat, failing which he would be evicted.

As he defied the chair even after Dr Kumaradoss went ahead with his special mention, the Speaker ordered the marshals to evict him.
