PUNE, Nov 25: Peter Hansen, counsellor at the Royal Danish Embassy, described the immense scope for technical collaboration in marine technology and Internet and E-commerce, speaking at a recent meeting organised by the Marhatta Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture (MCCIA).``Indian companies must take advantage of the Indo-Danish trade opportunities,'' he said. Major Danish exports to India cover pharmaceutical products, power generating equipment and motors, transport and electrical equipments, said Hansen.
Indo-Danish collaborations are mainly in the sectors of agro-processing, Information Technology (IT) electronics and telecommunications, textiles, health care, alternative energy and automotive components based mainly in Delhi, Haryana, Mumbai, Chennai, Pune, Bangalore and Calcutta, said Hansen.
