Five injured as trucks collide head on
EXPRESS NEWS SERVICE
S.A.S. NAGAR, Nov 25: Five persons were injured in an head-on collision between two trucks late last night in the township. According to sources, one truck bearing registration number PB-10-9869 was coming from Ludhiana and other was a catering truck bearing registration number HR-40-1651. They collided head on near the PTL light point in Phase IV around 1.30 a.m.The wall of a nearby house also got damaged in the accident. The injured were rushed to the Civil Hospital in Phase VI and were discharged after first aid. No case has been registered as all the parties reached an amicable settlement, said the police sources.
