Ten contestants were short listed for the shoot at sight round in which the girls came up on the stage in a net, wearing dresses with a wild look. Next came the saree round, in which eight semifinalists were short listed. After this six finalists made it to the next round in which different contestants were asked to enact the situations given to them. However, it turned out to be a `humorous round' as most of the participants couldn't perform well. One participant was asked to anchor a TV show. Another was asked that if she was Monica Lewinsky and Pallab Bose, and the show host was Bill Clinton, what would she tell Bill whom she meets after a long time. Pat came her reply: "How about another night with me?". This was the final round after which the names of the winners were announced.

The Miss Beautiful Hair and Miss Photogenic titles went to Madhavi, while Miss Body Beautiful and Best Skin titles went to Naina Rana. Neha won the Best Smile sub title, while Shweta was declared Miss Talented, Khushboo Kochhar won the Best Catwalk title, and Manpreet the Miss Beautiful Eyes title.
