Neelgai rescued

VADODARA, NOV 28: GSPCA activists here claimed to have rescued a Neelgai from around Anghad village on Friday morning. The animal was reportedly injured and had strayed into the open areas owned by Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Limited, from where it was caught and given a preliminary medical treatment. The GSPCA was informed by GACL officials, following which the animal was given proper medical treatment and would soon be released in the forest next week, GSPCA activist Snehal Bhatt said.Copyright © 1999 Indian Express Newspapers (Bombay) Ltd.
