Mega offer from Bajaj Auto
ENS ECONOMIC BUREAU

MUMBAI, DECEMBER 3: Bajaj Auto, India's largest 2-wheeler manufacturer, has kicked off a mega offer as part of its marketing drive. The company has launched `Bajaj Crorepati Hungama' with a grand prize of Rs one crore, hundred prizes of Rs one lakh and many other prizes.

"Well, it is an offer with a difference... and a big difference," says R L Ravichandran, vice president (business and product development). "Bajaj Auto scheme, for the first time, will have the biggest cash prizes ever offered in India... that's why we're calling it `Sabse Bada Rupaiya''.

``The bottomline is people have to buy any Bajaj scooter from the wide choice available-Legend, Bravo Classic SL, Chetak or Super. Along with the scooter, there will be a scratch card in the luggage box of the scooter. This card, when scratched, reveals the prize. The bumper prize is worth Rs one crore,'' he said.

Bajaj is also giving away 100 prizes of Rs one lakh. ``So if one were to calculate, during 30 days one lucky person can become a crorepatiand every day at least three lucky people can become lakhpatis. Besides, there are other prizes like 700 Sansui audio systems, 7000 Kodak cameras and many more Timex watches to be won,'' Ravichandran said.
