Infosys denies IIT `takeover' reports

BANGALORE, DECEMBER 15: Infosys Technologies Limited on Wednesday denied it was part of efforts to take over one of the five Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) in the country.

In a statement here, Infosys chairman N R Narayana Murthy and managing director Nandan M Nilekani said reports in a section of the press in this regard were far from the truth.
