MTNL Call Waiting Service

Dear Sir,

MTNL has released advertisements in leading news papers about facility of Call Waiting, i.e. getting second call while talking on first call.

This service is free.

But this service is not available in all exchanges of MTNL in Mumbai. While MTNL is charging same rate of calls and rentals all over Mumbai, then why deny free facility to few exchanges only and not for other exchange?

Can MTNL clarify to the consumers, who are denied this facility ?

Can some NGO take up this issue for the benefit of the consumers in MTNL area ?
