NEW DELHI, DEC 25: BJP leader Vijay Kumar Malhotra has been appointed chairman of the Parliamentary joint committee on public undertakings. The committee consists of 15 MPs from the LS and seven members from the RS.

The Lok Sabha members are C K Jaffer Sharief, Prasanna Acharya, Sudip Bandopadhyay, Surinder Singh Barwala, R L Bhatia, Shiv Raj Singh Chauhan, B C Khanduri, Vilas Mutternwar, B B Ramaiah, Rajiv Pratap Rudy, Sangeetha Kumari Singh Deo, Tarit Baran Topdar, Balram Singh Yadav and Devendra Prasad Yadav. The Rajya Sabha members of the committee are H Hanumanthappa, Suresh Kalmadi, Gopalrao Vithalrao Patil, Gopalsinh G Solanki, Jibon Roy, Ranjan Prasad Yadav and K Kalavenkata Rao.
